About Brittany Ferries
Brittany Ferries is the leading operator on the Western Channel and the only company sailing direct from the UK to Spain. Founded by Breton farmers in 1973 to export their produce, it now runs cruise-ferries from Portsmouth, Poole and Plymouth to Caen, Cherbourg, St Malo, Le Havre and Roscoff in France, plus the long Bay of Biscay crossings to Bilbao and Santander in northern Spain. Its ships are the most cruise-like on the Channel, with cabins, restaurants, cinemas and shops, and the overnight and Spanish sailings in particular feel like a mini-cruise.
