Plymouth to Roscoff is the most westerly ferry route from England to France, and Brittany Ferries' direct link to Brittany itself. The Pont-Aven and Armorique sail from Plymouth's Millbay Docks to Roscoff in about six hours, with day and overnight crossings depending on the date. Roscoff is a pretty Breton port on the Finistère coast, the perfect arrival point for Brittany's beaches, the pink granite coast, Quimper and the road south to the Loire and beyond. For travellers in Cornwall, Devon and the South West it saves a very long drive east to the Channel ports. The cruise-ferries carry cars, motorhomes, motorcycles, cyclists and foot passengers, with cabins, restaurants and a cinema aboard the larger Pont-Aven.
About six hours, on either a day or an overnight crossing depending on the sailing.
