Terms of use

The terms under which you may use this site.

Last updated: May 2026

By using CheapFerries.co.uk you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we are

CheapFerries.co.uk is a comparison and information site. We are not a ferry operator, travel agent or insurer. We do not sell ferry tickets directly — our search widget hands off to Direct Ferries, our affiliate partner. Your booking contract is with Direct Ferries (or the underlying ferry operator), not with us.

Information accuracy

We make a good-faith effort to keep route, port and operator information up to date. Prices and schedules shown on our content pages are indicative — the live search is the source of truth, and you must confirm prices and availability before booking. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on indicative information.

Affiliate relationship

We earn a commission from Direct Ferries when a booking is completed via our search. This is disclosed in the site footer. The commission has no impact on the price you pay.

Your obligations

Don't scrape, mirror or republish our content without permission. Don't try to attack the site (port scans, fuzzing, credential stuffing). Don't impersonate the brand.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not liable for losses arising from your use of the site beyond what UK consumer law requires us to be liable for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
